How are you going to get the OK from a three day old infant?
This sounds like a back door entry to normalize some kind of pedophelia to me. The upcoming claim is that if infants have the right to give consent to have their diapers changed then they can surely consent to other things.
This kind of stupidity is getting pretty damned stale fast.
Infants are infants. In fact they can't even talk for several months after birth. I suppose they are supposed to give their consent using American Sign Language, huh?
