We have gotten to the point where many of our elected officials have forgotten

that they are supposed to work for us. Now they seem to think that we work for them.

Ousting them through the voting process never seems to do a whole lot of good because it becomes a case of 'meet the new boss, same as the old boss'.

Maybe if we physically oust some of them at a state level they may get the idea.

Actually there really are a few that want to serve but they get tainted by the rest.
