It's pretty easy to sit inside in one's jammies

and tell a couple of guys standing outside in 7 degrees and 20 knots of wind what to do.

People like that ought to remember that the guys standing outside are generally in better shape than the guy standing inside so it would behoove them not to get too pushy.

Kudos to those in that leadership position that tell their outside crews to get what has to be done completed as quickly as possible and get inside where it is warm. 

Update. Someone gets it and I am inside warming up for round two.
