Watch what happens to an employee that resigns to take another job because when you resign they are going to do the same damned thing to you.
If the employee gives them the proverbial 2 weeks notice and they can him on the spot then that is what is going to happen to you. If he gets to finish out his final two weeks so will you.
If that's the case is they can him and you find another employer simply don't show up for work the Monday you start your new job.
Fair is fair.
Indeed! Far too many companies require? two weeks notice before you leave, yet will can you on a payday at the end of the day with no warning at all. And if you give them notice, they can you on the spot. It happened to me one time, and from then on any company I worked for would get a surprise when I decided to move on. They always acted so hurt that I did not give notice. Turnabout is fair play. FAFO
