One of the things I have learned is when to use the telephone

and when to hop into the pickup and do business face to face.

If I really want to get something done I will hop into the pickup, drive down somewhere and do my business in person.

There is a damned good reason for that. It makes it a lot harder for a person to lie to you when you are face to face than lie to you over the phone.

You are far more likely to get things done face to face.
