I am looking at the shenanigans of the blue states regarding the Electoral College and I am damned disgusted.
Does anyone out there understand the tyranny of the minority?

Unfortunately a lot of people think that they're smarter than the Founding Fathers.
We are going to wind up voting our way into socialism and when it is all said and done the only escape will be to shoot our way out.

Time a reread of Article Two!
ReplyDeleteSpecifically Article Two, Section One, Clause Two on the method of selecting electors: "Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as "Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors,"
So if a state wants to appoint only those pledged to follow that state's arcane rules, it is not a Federal problem.
And it is only any of our problem if we are in that particular state.
It seems our founding fathers liked to give clowns a chance too.
