What is 'White Privlege' anyway?

Someone asked me what it is and the discussion came up and about three or four of us white guys can't really figure it out. It's a myth.

Minorities are often hired ahead of us even though they may or may not be as qualified. They have greater job security because employers are afraid of having the race card played on them.

Yet they still speak of white privilege that we supposedly have.

OK, we figured it out. It's the Secret Handshake. We give the Secret Handshake when minorities are not looking.

Don't tell anyone. It's a secret and we can't let minorities know about it.

Come to think about it we haven't been doing it much these days because of Covid 19.
