Which it probably will.

Hell, the instructions the judge gave to the jury are enough to insure that he was running a kangaroo court.

    that really bothers you pic, if your convicted are you not to be sentenced.

    In NY you are not considered to be convicted until you are sentenced. Sentencing will likely take place today. This ought to be interesting.
