Rare DX. It's an archipelago in the Barents Sea above Russia (who owns it). It has no permanent residents and it's almost never on the air.

I put in over 20 hours chasing it and then it took me 2 hours to bust through the pileup.

42 minutes later I was preoccupied and thought I was on another frequency but hadn't changed it yet. I keyed the mic, threw out my call and got an answer. Call it an insurance call.
