Which is it, Congressman Booker? Inquiring minds want to know.
So what is it, Congressman?
This is routine maintenance. The statues were gifted to us in the 50s by Italy. The have to be maintained and were last regilded in 1971.
That was 55 years ago. The maintenance is LONG
past overdue.
Which leads me as to what your post is all about.
A. Either you didn't do your homework which seems to me to be a regular thing with you.
OR
B. You are simply trying to twist a story to smear a sitting president.
OR
C. You're just plain stupid.
Personally I think it's a combination of all three. I don't think you understand maintenance. It is taking care of something after it has been created. An example of this might be something like an oil change to insure the engine gets clean oil and runs longer and smoother. It saves money in the long run.
His other faults notwithstanding, President Trump understands building AND maintenance. He's currently performing a lot of long overdue maintenance in Washington DC now because many past presidents have not bothered to and the Capitol is getting a little seedy.
On the other hand, I can understand that you don't really understand maintenance because you are a senator from New Jersey which is pretty much a dump from what I've seen of it over the years.
So what is it? A, B or C?
Personally I think it is a combination of all three but I would love to know. Fess up, please.
Oh and please spare me the deflective bull$hit rhetoric. For once in your life I want a straight, honest answer. I know that's a LOT to ask for but you can try.

why gold everything has to be gold paid by guess who and don't forget the famous won't cost the tax payers a cent Ballroom. this guy likes loves his tax payer piggy bank. So say what you will to support the clown in office.
ReplyDeleteWhen Italy delivered it to us in the 50s it was gold plated. It was regilded in 1971 and is long overdue. This is nothing more than basic maintenance.
