Some of the straight faced bullshit I have told people over the years makes even me wonder.

One time I had some self-appointed psychologist started asking me questions about my childhood. Were either of my parents abusive? 

"No. My parents were damned good to me. When I was an infant dad would hold me and say, 'Wheeeeeee!' and throw me ten feet into the air and gently catch me. It's my oldest memory."

"Really? You enjoyed that as a toddler?" he asked.

"So long as we were outside. I didn't like it very much inside the house because we only had eight foot ceilings."
