Is taking a stand against sailors that divorce their wives overseas and take advantage of foreign divorce laws that leave everything to the man and nothing to the woman and leave the wife and kids stranded in some overseas hellhole.
American divorce laws suck. I can see why some men do this but throwing one's kids to the wolves is patently wrong.
Kudos to the SecNav for trying to do what's right.
Too bad we can't fix American divorce laws to make things right.
