      Fraud is any use of government funds, for a purpose that is not a legitimate function of government.

    The little documentary is on that page. Might have to go up or down but when I opened it I hit it square on. It went into the planning and prep work and mentioned a few things. As of now numbers are being thrown around so fast it's hard to keep up with.
