a good belt of bourbon abut a half hour before turning in.
A few days ago I decided to replace the bourbon with a couple of melatonin gummies a half hour before bed. My numbers have been about the same and I feel a little bit more refreshed when I wake up.
I'm gonna run with that one and see what happens.
Hopefully it will work and I can keep the jug parked except for ceremonial purposes.
Update: This morning's numbers were pretty good. We shall see what we shall see.
