He said they Post Office has contracts with Amazon, UPS and Fedex and he spends the morning delivering packages. According to him the Post Office is making money off of the deals which is fine by me.
On the other hand he did say that they are getting a pretty good deal and the PO isn't making what it should be for delivering but they at least are making money.
I have no problem with this whatsoever. Even though it looks like the government is assisting the private sector it really isn't. The companies are paying for the service just like the average guy does. .
