I see where Antifa people that are getting busted are getting legal services from their benefactors. I'm sure they have faith in their benefactors mouthpiece.
It probably hasn't occurred to a lot of them that lawyers work for who is paying them. They are there to defend the people that are paying them, not their so-called arrested client.
The attorney is not there to defend the arrested. He's there to insure his client doesn't cut a deal and rat out the people that hired him.
I believe it hasn't sunk in as to what the arrested is looking at. We are not talking about 30 days and $100 for disorderly conduct here. He is looking at a couple of decades for domestic terrorism.
Most likely many of these won't figure out they have been thrown to the wolves until they have been sitting in prison for a while.
Sometimes free legal services are not free. They get paid for one way or the other. In the case of an arrested Antifa member many will pay the bill with their time.
