I've been up and have already hacked up the leftover turkey into portions for future use. The Official Thanksgiving Green Bean Casserole has already been portioned out been refrigerated or frozen for further consumption.
The leftover mashed potatoes are in the reefer awaiting being fried up as patties for breakfasts as is the stuffing, some turkey and cranberry sauce alongside a few pretzel rolls for the official Thanksgiving Leftover Sandwiches.
The carcass is boiling away so later on I can make turkey soup.
The timing of Thanksgiving was perfect because I just finished the last of the brontosaurus my father brought home when I was six.
While I love Thanksgiving I certainly love Thanksgiving leftovers!
