Thanksgiving is going to run me about $60 for enough to feed 8-10 people.

Which ain't bad.

I'm actually feeding only 2 people this year but will cook the full meal for 8-10 because one of the things Thanksgiving is about is leftovers.

Lots and lots of leftovers. 

Some people hate leftovers. I love 'em.

Often I make a big pot of something just to create my own leftovers. A quick glance into the freezer shows me ten different containers of frozen leftovers.

Pizza, chili and spaghetti sauce are actually better after a day or two in the fridge. I don't know why that is but it seems to be true.

This year's Thanksgiving seems to be a pretty damned good source of leftovers.
