Today the kid I hired went off on a roll and finished the basement painting. Damned good job and I'm paying him 150% of what he asked for because even though he estimated his time poorly he DID NOT panic and start doing a half-assed job.
He was a man and went the full mile and that's good for something in my book.
Fair is fair.
He did one hell of a good job.
