If you're a telemarketer I assume you are a scammer.

Over the years a couple of cops have told me to assume any telemarketer is a scammer.

The other day I got a call from someone that was supposedly representing some police organization.

I told him that several policemen have told me that telemarketers are all scammers and I should not do business with them.

If it really was a legitimate police group they should probably not be using telemarketers to raise money.
