A college kid dropped by today.

He's the young man that took care of Kitty when I was at sea until he went off to college.

When a young man drops in on an old man like me it is a rare treat.

I'm always humbled when that happens.

He's headed back to class and told me of his plan. He's going for it and wants to go for a PhD!
