To anyone interested.

I did a before and after weigh-in before and after my colonoscopy prep.

 I dropped over 8 pounds in a couple of hours.

 That's the weight of a gallon of water!

    Gee Pic, 8 Lbs lighter 'cause you're no longer fullashit!
    Had 2 of those in last ten years, never occurred to me to weigh before and after. 9 more yrs till the next one at 73. Don't remember a thing past being taken to the procedure room and getting the IV hooked up. Typical, I guess.
