Five time bank robber released with no bail in NYC. FIVE TIMES he robbed banks and he's STILL on the streets.
Once I said that if the penalty for bank robbery was $50 then I would become a bank robber.
And why not? Grab a couple of grand, turn myself in, plead guilty, hand them $50 and be on my merry way with a wad of cash. It makes sense and any cop that does the math would agree with me 100%. Hell, he might even turn in his badge and join me.
