Yes. I am guilty of drinking an entire bottle of liquor and driving 35 mph in a school zone and passing 3 school buses..

It was a 50 ml (airline miniature) of low proof liquor a couple hours earlier, it was a Saturday afternoon, the school was closed and the buses were parked.

    When I ride my bike at 4:30 AM all the nip bottles on the side of the road reflect the bike headlight and guide my way....
