Johnny Depp as Tonto?
I was just informed by a shipmate that there is going to be another Lone Ranger remake released in a couple of months and that Tonto will be played by Johnny Depp.
Now I am not one for remakes of classics or remakes of remakes for classics as I believe they can not top the 1933 version of King Kong no matter what special effects they use. Fay Wray is the original scream queen and they haven't been able to top her yet.
Anyway, Johnny Depp cracks me up from time to time. He's just the man to play Captain Jack Sparrow and I think I might cough up the seven or eight bucks to see what kind of job he has done as Tonto. I'd bet he did a great job.
I know the guy is a Hollywierd moonbat, but I'm going to have to let this one slide a bit as he is entertaining and lately seems to be keeping his mouth shut.

I've been a fan of Johnny Depp for a bit. Unfortunately his recent repertoire seems to be coming down to him playing the same style in different movies. Not that I don't have a lot of fun watching what he does... But I guess he's giving the audience what they want, as it's their money.
