Which I rarely eat these days because I am too heavy and am in the process of losing weight. Still every so often. I generally open a can but I do not have one. I DO have a can of Argentinian corned beef which is close enough.
Hack up the right amount of boiled potatoes and hack up some onion. You should know how much if you're any kind of cook.
Throw the whole thing in a gallon freezer bag and mix it well and when it's mixed up reach in and grab about half of it and ball it up. Throw the ball into a skillet. It should make a satisfying 'thwap'.
Flatten the ball out in the skillet and let it cook a while and then carefully place a couple of eggs on top and cover. When the eggs are done, the hash is done. Scrape it up and plate it. It should have a nice, crispy bottom to it.
Eat the eggs first and take what's left and slather it with ketchup and you make now enjoy one of the finest cholesterol and fat filled ketchup covered gut bombs man has ever created.
