I see here the Philadelphia is PD is being overrun.

Crime is going through the roof and I would imagine it won't be long before the residents there start clamoring for the reincarnation of Frank Rizzo.

He was a tough police commissioner that cleaned up a lot of Philly although he was crooked as a dog's hind leg.

A lot of skulls got busted but the city was a whole lot safer for it.
